How much experience do you have?

Do I need to provide water or electricity?
No. We operate with a fully self-contained mobile setup, so access to water or electricity is not required. Our trailer is equipped with a 60-gallon water tank and a super quiet generator, allowing us to provide professional detailing services almost anywhere.

Do you offer basic car wash services?
We specialize in professional auto detailing, not traditional drive-through style car washes. Our services focus on deep cleaning, paint protection, interior restoration, and premium vehicle care to help maintain your vehicle’s appearance and value.

Do I need to bring my car anywhere?

No. We come to you! We are 100% mobile. We bring everything needed to complete the job on-site.

Do I need to leave my car keys?
Yes, we do require access to the vehicle during the service. Your keys allow us to properly clean and detail all areas of the vehicle, including the interior, trunk, and door jambs. Your vehicle and keys are always handled with care and professionalism.

Should I remove personal items and child seats before the appointment?
Yes, we recommend removing personal belongings, valuables, and child seats before your appointment whenever possible. This helps us clean your vehicle more thoroughly and efficiently. If you need assistance removing a child seat, just let us know before the service.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We understand that schedules can change. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Last-minute cancellations may affect future booking availability. If bad weather impacts a mobile appointment, we’ll work with you to reschedule as soon as possible.

Can detailing remove scratches from the paint?

A standard detailing service will not remove scratches. For that, we offer paint correction, which can reduce or eliminate imperfections depending on their depth.

Is paint protection worth it? How long does it last?

Yes—especially in Florida’s sun and weather. We offer sealants and coatings that protect against UV rays, dirt, and contaminants. Protection can last from a few months up to a year or more.

Do I need to be present during the service?

No. As long as we have access to the vehicle, we can complete the service while you go about your day.

How often should I detail my car?

We recommend maintenance every 2–4 weeks and a full detail every 3–6 months to keep your vehicle in top condition.

What happens if rain is in the forecast?

If there’s rain in the forecast, we’ll reach out ahead of time to reschedule. Our goal is to deliver the best possible results, and weather can impact the quality.

How many cars do you detail per day?

The number of vehicles varies depending on the service, but we typically handle 1 car per day to maintain a high standard of detailing.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, checks, and Venmo
